About the role | Ko te tūranga mahi
Our IT team is going through an exciting phase of growth, and we're looking for a Solution Architect who's passionate about designing innovative, scalable solutions that make a real difference. As a Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in designing the systems that support our people, our customers, and our future.
This is a key role where you'll bridge business needs with technical innovation, helping shape the future of our systems and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and forward-thinking solutions.
Design and deliver scalable, secure solution architectures aligned with business strategy
Lead technical options analysis and contribute to architectural governance
Support project delivery through technical leadership and collaboration
Ensure strong information security controls and contribute to technology roadmaps
Provide input into procurement and business case development
Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
About you | Ko wai koe
You're a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for designing solutions that make a real impact. You enjoy working across teams, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes, and you're motivated by purpose-driven work.
Strong background in solution analysis and architectural design
Experience with Azure infrastructure, identity management, and cybersecurity
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, Power BI, and D365 (a plus)
Cloud or Microsoft certifications are desirable
Curious about emerging technologies, including AI
