Permanent work from home job opportunity.
Timings: USA Day Shift (India night shift: 7pm IST – 4am IST).
Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.
Salary: Rs 20,000 – 30,000/month + Incentives
Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle IT requirements for US-based clients.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Source profiles from the company’s database and LinkedIn.
• Reach out to 100 candidates over the phone in a day.
• Initial screening and profile matching with respect to educational qualification, experience, communication, etc.
• Coordinate and schedule candidates for interviews; prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
• Interact and maintain a good rapport with candidates/vendors.
• Maintain the database and prepare daily reports; keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Handle interviews, paperwork & onboarding.
