Job description: Job Description : Customer service associate- International Chat process- International Chat process- Inbound Chat process- Upselling of Cable/ Internet/ Telephone productsJob Role : Customer service associate - Handling Chat for the various telecom /cable Service/sales- Customer Handling and closing the issues by resolving them.- Technical/service support.Ideal Candidate Should :- Have excellent English communication skills- Work Module- Hybrid (work from home & Work from Office)- Rotational offs/ Rotational shifts- Willing to work rotational shifts (night shift)- Can join immediately- Should hold all relevant documents.- Both freshers & work experienced can apply with relevant documents (offer letter, relieving letter and pay slips)- Experience in BPO domain is preferred.- Both doses vaccinated with certificate (ref:updazz.com)
