Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Export Manager for Order Sourcing, Procurement to join our team. This role is remote, offering the flexibility to work from home with a flexible schedule. The Export Manager will be responsible for sourcing export orders, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and managing the end-to-end process of fulfilling export orders. The ideal candidate should have experience in export sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Order Sourcing & Lead Generation:
• Proactively source and secure export orders from international markets, including Europe, the USA, UK and other regions.
• Conduct online research and participate in virtual trade fairs, webinars, and networking events to generate leads.
• Identify and target potential clients, fostering new business relationships.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Communicate regularly with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and order modifications promptly, providing high-quality customer service.
• Negotiation & Contract Management:
• Negotiate terms, pricing, payment methods (e.g., L/C, TT, CAD), and delivery timelines with clients.
• Prepare and review export contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and international trade regulations.
• Oversee contract fulfillment, ensuring that all terms are met and orders are processed efficiently.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Collaborate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth processing and shipment of export orders.
• Track the progress of orders and ensure that they are delivered on time, meeting the client's expectations.
• Support the supply chain team in managing inventory and order fulfillment.
• Market Research & Business Development:
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, market demands, and potential areas of growth.
• Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in existing and new international markets.
• Monitor competitors and suggest improvements to Wintex's export strategy.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure accurate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and customs requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the garment or textile industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
• Proven experience in sourcing export orders and negotiating with international clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with export management software is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
