We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa and wellness center. The ideal candidate will ensure a serene, guest-focused environment while managing therapies, staff, and treatments aligned with our naturopathy and holistic healing philosophy.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all spa operations including therapies, scheduling, staff management, cleanliness, and inventory
• Oversee delivery of high-quality services including Ayurvedic therapies, hydrotherapy, massages, and naturopathy-based treatments
• Recruit, train, and supervise spa therapists and wellness staff
• Work closely with naturopathy doctors, yoga instructors, and nutritionists to deliver integrated wellness programs
• Ensure all treatments are executed with professionalism, safety, and consistency
• Develop treatment menus and wellness packages in alignment with the resort's philosophy
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address feedback promptly
• Manage spa revenue, budget, and inventory of oils, herbs, and supplies
• Maintain strict hygiene protocols and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with marketing for spa promotions, packages, and guest engagement

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a 4/5-star resort, retreat, or wellness center
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, wellness rituals, and alternative healing practices
• Familiarity with Ayurvedic, naturopathy, detox, and holistic treatment offerings
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Certification in Spa Management / Ayurveda / Wellness or related fields preferred
• Computer proficiency (spa software, scheduling tools, etc.)
