Qualification- Graduate
Location- Greater Noida
Salary- upto 45k
Experience- Min 1 yr
Key Responsibilities
• Patent Application Preparation and Filing:
• Prepare and file U.S. and international patent applications.
• Draft patent application documents, including specifications, claims, and drawings.
• Coordinate with inventors and attorneys to gather necessary information for patent applications.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of applications and responses.
• Patent Prosecution Support:
• Prepare and file responses to office actions and other communications from patent offices.
• Conduct legal research on patentability, prior art, and relevant case law.
• Assist in the preparation of patent prosecution documents, such as amendments, appeals, and petitions.
• Patent Portfolio Management:
• Maintain and update patent databases and docketing systems.
• Track and manage deadlines for patent filings, maintenance fees, and other critical dates.
• Assist in the management of patent portfolios, including domestic and international patents.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Communicate with clients, inventors, and foreign associates regarding patent matters.
• Coordinate with foreign patent offices and agents to ensure compliance with international patent regulations.
• Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and patent examiners.
• Administrative Support:
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic patent files.
• Prepare and process billing and expense reports related to patent matters.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports related to patent activities.
