We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Legal Entity Forecasting Specialist, to join our , External Reporting team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - HYBRID .
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways for Legal Entity Forecasting:
Deliver and support the SA/NV legal entity annual financial plan and semi-annual reforecast.
Lead financial plan review meetings with senior stakeholders
Manage relationships with financial controllers. Work closely on budget inputs, assumptions, and strategies.
Provide recommendations on Balance Sheet and Income Statement evolution.
Deliver budget management insight, guidance, and support to stakeholders.
Complete commentary for all revenue and expense reporting lines, providing high-level analysis (plan vs. actuals, reforecast vs. plan).
Drive continuous change and improvement every plan cycle.
Ensure end to end process meets operational control environment and governance requirements.
Maintain self-review checklists, assumptions document, version control logs and reconciliations.
Support Legal Entity Forecasting Manager with internal audit requests, control initiatives and other ad hoc requests.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Fully Qualified Accountant – ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA qualification with 5+ years post qualified experience
Experience of compiling and reviewing financial statements, including fundamental understanding of Balance Sheet and Income Statement and their interactions.
Broad understanding of the Lines of Business and Products across EMEA.
Strong analytical and excel skills/ MS Office proficient.
Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting systems preferred.
Budgeting and forecasting modelling experience.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Organized with the ability to lead tasks and work effectively in a multi-located team environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills
