WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Responsible for sourcing - mid & senior consulting level position for ECT & generalist level Working with hiring manager - to understand the requirements and using innovate sourcing skills
• Candidate mapping, outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, IIM jobs sourcing for hiring required numbers within TAT.
• Screening calls with the candidate for preliminary shortlisting process
• Communicate with hiring managers and HR on a regular basis Recruiting Operations - STARS, MIS, database management
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, group and employees
o Research and recommend creative ways to source active and passive candidates
o Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing
o Utilize contacts within applicable industries to find qualified passive candidates
• Help with career services connects in other organization or previous clients
• Help connecting with alums, tracking opportunities for outplacements, Monthly check-ins and reviews on outplacement
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• High degree of ownership
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, often in time critical situations
• Effective communication skills to work with all levels of employees
• Sound research and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple simultaneous projects
• Willingness to work stretch hours when required
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• MBA Preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years related HR experience in a corporate from services industry.
