• Managing Campus Recruitment Process for Undergrad campuses.
o Making offers as per compliance and on-boarding guidance
o Partnering with the Key Stakeholders- Campus Champs/ Recruiting Directors and Campus Co-Ordinator’s
for various Campus events
o Sourcing and Screening of Resumes (1st level short listing)
o Finalizing Panels and logistics for all Campus Events-
▪ Pre-Placement Talks
▪ Dinner & PPT Event
▪ Final Recruiting Event
o Creating and maintaining the campus budget
