WHAT YOU'LL DO
To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage lateral recruiting for our consulting team. Attracting top talent is a key strategic priority in our growth objectives, and we need exceptional recruiters with similar experience. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, ingenuity, drive, and strong problem-solving skills. This role will involve managing candidate sourcing and processes from start to finish across several high-priority areas while helping to establish an efficient framework for our operations.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced hires in CT, ensuring the required numbers are met within the turnaround time.
• Serving as the primary contact for all candidates, hiring managers, search agency representatives, and various sourcing channels.
• Evaluating candidates' skill levels and conducting a professional interview process, as well as managing the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiations, and closing candidates.
• Conducting market mapping of relevant companies, sectors, and geographies to identify target organizations, networks, and talent pools.
• Analyzing key metrics and performance measures to make recommendations for improvements shaping and implementing the recruiting strategy by leading initiatives and contributing to global projects.
• Researching and recommending innovative sourcing methods for both active and passive candidates.
• Sourcing passive candidates through networking, direct outreach, and collaboration with external search firms.
• Leveraging industry contacts to identify leads that meet our criteria.
• Maintaining regular communication with hiring managers and HR.
• Managing the consulting contractor process.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Strong academic credentials
• 2-4 years of structured candidate recruiting experience in a leading multinational corporation or professional services environment, with a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and managing top talent.
• Experience in building peer-like relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and competing demands with strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Expertise in candidate assessment.
• Experience enabling recruiting organizations and stakeholders to achieve peak performance.
• Ability to maintain a sophisticated targeted network to leverage for searches while fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with potential candidates
• Capacity to develop deep knowledge and insights into candidate pools within complex sector and functional areas
