Opportunity Overview:
POP MART is on the lookout for a strategic and experienced Specialty Real Estate Leasing Specialist to spearhead the expansion of our pop-up activations and ROBO SHOP vending machines across the United States. As a global pioneer in designer toy culture, POP MART is rapidly enhancing its physical presence, and this position is vital in identifying, securing, and launching impactful retail locations.
In this role, you will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful rollout of pop-up activations and ROBO SHOPs. Your in-depth understanding of the U.S. commercial real estate landscape—especially in prime shopping centers and business districts—will play a crucial part in driving our expansion strategy. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders to foster long-term growth.

What You Will Achieve:
• Lead pop-up activations and Robo Shop development, encompassing site information collection, site visits, evaluation and analysis, investment budgeting, and summarization.
• Negotiate contracts and modify business agreements to facilitate new pop-up and Robo Shop opportunities.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful launch and establishment of pop-ups and Robo Shops.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords.
What You Will Need:
• A college degree or higher.
• 2-5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing.
• Proficiency in accounting.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• A resourceful, creative, and proactive mindset.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while using a computer or other office equipment.
• Occasional lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
