About Us:
We are a ABA therapy centre in Richmond Hill dedicated to supporting children and families. With a growing demand for bilingual services, we are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who can deliver quality care in both English and Chinese.
Job Type:
Part-Time | Independent Contractor
Location:
Richmond Hill, ON (Center-based and Home-based)
Pay:
$90.00 – $120.00 per hour (assessments $180-$200.00 each)
Expected Hours:
Weekday after-school hours and weekends
Benefits:
On-site parking
Supportive team environment
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions
Conduct assessments and prepare professional reports.
Supervise and train Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Supervise and provide guidance to Communication Disorders Assistants (CDAs) as a key part of the role.
Collaborate with families and the clinical team.
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin and English (required).
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Ontario (CASLPO registration in good standing).
Available to work weekday after-school hours and weekends.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience (preferred).
Ability to reliably commute to Richmond Hill, ON, or plan to relocate before starting work.
Contract Details:
Independent contractor position.
Hourly compensation; separate fee for assessments.
