Job Description
As a Sponsorships Sales Executive, your role is pivotal in securing sponsorships for our international conferences. Your primary focus will be on identifying and approaching potential sponsors building robust relationships, and closing sponsorship deals that support our global events.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting: Identify and cultivate potential sponsors through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media(LinkedIn) and creating a robust pipeline of leads.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract and retain sponsors for our international conferences.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong and lasting relationships with sponsors, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our conference opportunities.
• Customized Proposals: Craft tailored sponsorship proposals that cater to the unique requirements of each sponsor.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and surpass sales targets and revenue goals.
• Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or B2B sales, preferably in the conference or events industry.
• Proficiency in compelling professional emails to engage and inform effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
