We are currently seeking a Sports Manager to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in representing football talent.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Player Representation & Contract Negotiation: Serve as the primary point of contact between athletes and clubs. Negotiate contracts and deals that best represent the interests of athletes and secure their future.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with coaches, agents, sponsors, and other industry stakeholders. Use these connections to open doors and create new opportunities for athletes.
- Scouting & Talent Identification: Scout potential talent, identifying new opportunities that align with athletes' career goals and enhance their growth.
- Market Strategy Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and develop strategic plans for athlete representation and brand-building.
- Career Management: Guide and support athletes throughout their professional journey, providing mentorship and expert advice to help them reach their full potential.
• What We're Looking For:
- Strong networking skills and a passion for building relationships within the sports sector.
- Ability to identify talent, understand player potential, and align it with the needs of clubs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sports contracts and legal frameworks (Optional).
