Job Overview
Senior Accountant with 7 to 10 years of experience. Full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. DCS Group is seeking an experienced Sr Accountant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, including experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong ethics and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Handle all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Manage and review the work of junior accounting staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.
• Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and best practices.

Salary - Upto 10 Lac CTC

Job Description-
Maintain proper books of accounts in accounting software
verification of sales & purchase invoices.
Raise Sales/ debit note / Credit note/e-ways bills/ e-invoices, etc.
Maintain proper documentation for TDS
Reconciliation of all Banks on day to day basis
Preparation and feeding of data in compu TDS for filing of TDS/TCS returns.
Review and filing of GST Returns viz. GSTR 1
Review and filing of GST Returns viz. GSTR 2B & Books ITC verification
Review and filing of GST Returns viz. GSTR 3B
Review of Monthly reconciliation of Accounts, Journal ledgers, etc. for TDS
Review payment vouchers, purchase & journal entries for TDS
