Job Description-:
- Should be knowledge of Tally ERP +, GST TDS & Audits
- All the responsibilities of accounts & Finance Department like; - Bills, Sales, Purchase, book keeping,
Payments, reconciliations, taxation, Challans, Audits, all the financial reports.
- 5+ years’ experience in a financial management position
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Should have knowledge of Procurements/Audits
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
