Position: Factory Accountant (Jaipur Location) (Team Role)
Location - Jaipur-Rajasthan
Responsibilities:
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial/production data of the factory into the ERP System for the management to make decisions based on and evaluate the true position of the factory and Bills of material.
• Responsible for internal audit of goods in WIP, reporting its true status in the ERP system and following up if any mismatch.
• Working under the Factory Accounts head to collect and enter the information/data needed for the Accounts Head to prepare the financial reports and statements.
• Responsible for Ledger entries into the ERP system for various journals and departments.
• Taking stock of finished goods, conducting an audit to cross check and to report the data with regards to finished goods into the ERP System.
• Any other data entry, internal audit related work.
Qualifications-
• 2-4 years of working experience as an Accounts executive.
• B.Com/M.Com pass is mandatory and CA Inter would be preferred.
• Strong advanced excel skills and hands on experience working on an accounts management softwares (Tally, Quick books, any other ERP system)
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes.
