Job Description
Accountant Ensuring TCS/TDS/GST Compliances like payment, returns and certificates.
• E-filing of periodical returns as per applicable statue like TCS/TDS/GST and others, within
stipulated due date and corrections statements thereof if any
• Reconciling TDS deducted by vendors with From 26AS/AIS on a quarterly basis.
• GST Reconciliation for Input and Output Tax from GST Returns and GSTIN Portal
• Reconcile accounts payable
• Ensuring Fixed Asset Schedules are prepared as per statute requirements and updating of the same including disposals and depreciations and other reports as and when required.
• Preparing statements & schedules for statutory audit/Tax Audit and GST Audit including any other information and coordinating for smooth conduct of internal & statutory audits.
•Monthly closing of books of accounts.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the In-charge from time to time.
