Managing Financial Data of the Company
· Analyzing and advising senior management
· Preparing Financial Report for the Company
· Maintaining compliance related to the Company
· Making Bills at GERP / GSFS user in Oracle
· Handling Cash operation activities on daily basis.
· Valuation of company assets and liabilities
· Making use of technology to develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems
· Preparing forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel
· Preparing periodic reports to compare budgeted costs to actual costs
· Using accounting tools wherever necessary
· Handling ledger accounts and keeping the check for any invoices or payments
· Studying the reports given by auditors and CA and submitting it to the Management
· Handling Admin activities.
· Handling the vendors’ inquiries about bills payment.
· Maintaining AMC incentives for all engineers’ achievements.
· Maintaining Conveyance structure in Excel for all engineers.
· Maintaining the vender’s bill checked & booked in GSFS system & reconciliation in the month-end.
· Maintaining Salary structure in excel of all back-office staff & Engineers in the month-end.
· Attending customers call & solve their issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• A/R Analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
