Job Title: Senior Accountant Company: Protyze Location: Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bangalore Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Finance Head Employment Type: Full-time About Protyze: Protyze is a growing innovator in the nutrition and wellness industry, committed to offering premium, performance-focused health products. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a responsible and skilled Senior Accountant who can take full charge of our financial and statutory responsibilities. Role Summary: The Senior Accountant at Protyze will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate must have independently handled ESI, PF, TDS, Payroll, and GST filings. This role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Independently handle: GST filing (monthly/quarterly returns and reconciliation) TDS payments and return filing Payroll processing including ESI and PF calculations and compliance Maintain and finalize books of accounts using Tally Prime or Zoho Books Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledgers Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure proper audit documentation Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and handle notices if any Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures Liaise with consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams for financial matters Mandatory Skills & Experience: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent Minimum 4–6 years of experience in core accounting roles Must have independently managed ESI, PF, TDS, Payroll & GST Hands-on experience in Tally Prime / Zoho Books and strong command of MS Excel Good understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws Strong documentation, compliance, and analytical skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,313.63 - ₹35,710.60 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
