Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
Producing variance analysis reports comparing actual results to budget.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Management:
Processing and verifying vendor invoices.
Reconciling accounts payable balances.
Managing customer invoices and collections.
Addressing discrepancies and resolving outstanding issues.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Posting journal entries for all financial transactions.
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Maintaining accurate and updated financial records.
Compliance and Audit Support:
Ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards (GAAP).
Preparing supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Staying updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements
Freight-Specific Accounting:
Calculating freight charges based on rates and tariffs.
Tracking shipment costs including customs duties and insurance.
Qualification
MBA(Finance)/ Bcom
Exp-6yrs-10yrs
Logistics and Freight forwarding industry preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,375.05 - ₹40,000.00 per month
