Job description for Manager (Accounts & Finance) Experience: Min. 2 YRS Salary: Open to discuss Qualification: Any Graduate Working Day: Monday to Saturday Working shift: Day shift Work mode: Work from office Work location: Marathahalli, Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities Finalizing the books of Accounts, coordinating Audits includingStatutory Audit, Internal Audit, Departmental Audit and ExternalAudit. Preparation of Quarterly, Annual Finalization & Consolidation ofAccounts. Preparation of Financial Statements with applicability of Ind ASor IFRS as applicable. Well-versed with Direct and Indirect taxation procedures i.e.preparing and filing of Income Tax, TDS, Goods and Service Tax (GST)returns, and ESI/PF returns. Cost Statements- Product Cost, Variance Reports, Standard Costingetc. Monthly MIS-Profitability statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow,Product costing, contribution statement for each product. Profitability Calculation. Project wise profitability and Actualcost vs Estimated cost. Cost control on project. Handle the company�s finance activities through consortium ofBanks with Funds & Non-Fund Based limits including: Cash Credit, TermLoan, LC & BG Limit, Foreign & Inland Bill Discounting, ForeignCurrency Demand Loan & Forex Hedging. Well versed with Import/Export procedures. Well versed with Branch Accounting. Well versed with procedures of taking Licenses/registrationsrequired for Manufacturing Industries. Well versed with process of making DPR, Projections etc. Software Skills Tally, ERP/SAP, MS-Office and Chat GPT Required Skills & Qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant Experience of working in Manufacturing industry Excellent Verbal communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent Analytical Skills Excellent Financial acumen (Accounting Principles/FinancialConcepts).
