Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team with experience in billing/generating invoicing and other back-office functions. You should have good knowledge of accounting software and processes but also strong accounting concepts. This position will be located in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life
• Raise timely & accurate invoices (Fixed bid / T&M./ Maintenance/ Subscription) as per contract lines/schedules/upload templates on monthly and biweekly basis, accounting for those invoices.
• Sending/emailing invoices to customers & replying to customerqueries.
• Handling critical billing requirements independently.
• Giving inputs for process improvements and automation areas.
• Preparing process documentation/ SOPs
• Day to day accounting activities (if any)
• Other related accounts and finance activities

• 4 to 6 years of excellent experience in raising, understanding critical invoice/billing process and accounting of those invoices on time & with accuracy.
