Job Summary
As the Head of Accounting
you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management
accounting operations
and reporting within Ajmera Infotech
You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy
compliance with regulations
and strategic financial planning to support the companys growth and success
RequirementsFinancial Reporting
Prepare and analyze financial statements
including balance sheets
income statements
and cash flow statements
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads
Monitor budget performance and provide financial forecasts and projections to support decision
making
Financial Compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards
tax regulations
and company policies
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed
Cash Management
Manage cash flow
monitor banking activities
and optimize cash positions
Implement effective cash management strategies to support operational needs and investment opportunities
Financial Analysis
Conduct financial analysis
variance analysis
and performance metrics tracking
Identify areas for cost optimization
revenue enhancement
and efficiency improvement
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the accounting team
