Full Job Description
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
 maintain up-to-date billing system
 follow up on, collect and allocate payments
 Generating demands against flats
 carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
 perform account reconciliations
 monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other
irregularities
 maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
 Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
 Assist with month-end closing
 collect data and prepare monthly metrics
 Candidate should have complete knowledge and should know TDS and GST & VAT
calculation.
 Debtors outstanding to Management, along with collection projection monthly in
coordination with sales team.
 supporting for internal and statutory audit
 Accounts reconciliation in coordination with Sales team and vendor data
 Complying sales and collection projection for reporting to Management.
 supporting team for any other work as per the instructions of superiors
 Sales an Collection MIS on daily basis
 Should know to type Marathi
Selection Criteria
 Must be a B.Com/ M.Com Graduate
 Should have an experience of minimum of 4-6 years of experience
 Should know to work on Tally
 Candidate from the Real estate will be more preferable.
