Maintain general accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure that proper information is reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.As a member of Corporate Accounting team, you will assist in accounting functions which may include general ledger, accounts receivable, cash and inter-company transactions globally for all OFD accounts. Maintain OFD Receivables and its monthly income including the preparation of journal entries, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. Various closing activities (monthly & quarterly) and provide accurate financial data to support management in decision making, audit queries, and SEC reporting. Ensure OFD entries comply with internal and external audit specifications. Participate in the ongoing development and maintenance of internal procedures and processes. Strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management. Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets is essential. Experience with Oracle Financial system is an ideal, but not required if experienced with comparable enterprise accounting system. 3-5 years international accounting experience and BA/BS degree in accounting. CA is desirable. MBA is a plus.
