6) Job Description :
Managing the Entry Work of Account with Tally ERP/ Prime Software.
Responsible for maintaining daily Voucher.
Maintaining Petty Cash with supporting documents.
Ensuring Timely Accounting of Contractor Bill, Purchase Bill & other Expenses Bill Along With proper processing &
veriβication bills. (Including Supporting Document required).
Preparing statement of dues and issue of cheques for payment.
Driving the process of Registration & working on:
o GST - E-payment & E-return.
o RERA - E-payment & E-return.
o TDS - E-payment & E-return.
Spearheading the Income Tax & Online E-payment & E- Filling.
Preparing all statutory payment and compliance.
Accountable for preparing Monthly Sales & Ousting Report & Review monthly property deposit reconciliation.
Maintaining daily funds availability report.
Handling Bank Reconciliation of Multiple Banks on Monthly Basis.
Dealing with Income Tax Scrutiny (Income Tax Queries) & Submitted Document.
Handling Ledgers Scrutiny.
Ensuring timely preparation of proβit & loss account, year ending reports like Balance Sheet & Funding Reports.
Managing & maintaining all general ledger work including journal entries, month end close, and βinancial statement
preparation.
Coordinating with Auditors of CA (Quarterly) & conducting Internal Audit.
