SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Annual Planning of Income / Expenditure / Turnover ( Budgeting )
Finalization ( Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/C, Cash Flow Statement, CARO) , working with Auditor and ensuring all audit queries being satisfied
Co-ordination with Company Secretary for Annual ROC Filling & ROC Compliance's on day to day basis i.e. Change in Shareholding, Capital, Directorship etc.
Income Tax ( Return Filling , Handling Scrutiny and Assessment)
Vat / TDS / Professional Tax Payment and Filling Returns/ Verification of Return Filed and Payment Approval for Taxes Payments
Sales Tax Assessment
Preparation CMA data and submit to bank for Bank OD
Yearly Renewals / Review process, Quarterly, Monthly MIS review with Bank for OD / CC Limits
Planning & implementation of apt accounting & documentation process
Verification / Authorization of Accounting Entries done by subordinates
Portfolio Management of Mutual Funds , Shares & Other Investments
Producing Monthly Financial Reports to Management
Reconciliation of Various Ledgers and confirmation of ledgers with Vendors
Scrutinizing accounts on period basis with relation to
Accounts Receivable / Payable
Duties & Taxes
Investments, Deposits & Bank Guarantees
Secured / Unsecured Loans & Advances
Inter Company Reconciliation between Subsidiary & Holding Companies
Individual Accounts
Advance Tax Payment and Working of Payment of Advance Tax
Formation / Alteration of Companies / LLP on day to day basis as per required by the management with the co-ordination with Company Secretary
Verification of Banking work / Daily / Monthly verification of Bank Reconciliation
Ensuring smooth filing system & proper documentation maintained in Accounts Department
Any other work in accounts and finance given from time to time.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
