Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager (Accounts)
We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.
Responsibilities
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Responsible for handling daily team activities.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment.
Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
Calculate TDS and file GST return.
Requirements
Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Must have proven experience in the Tally ERP systems.
Must have experience in handling TDS, Accounts Receivable and Payable along with filing GST returns.
Good knowledge of MS Excel will be an additional advantage.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Having an eye for detail
