Job Description
Single point responsibility for all accounts related work. Knows Journal Ledger like purchase entry, sales entry. Bookkeeping & Finalization of books of accounts, e Invoicing, e-Way Bill. Calculations and working for Reconciliation, e-Returns & compliance requirements of GST. Other Statutory Dues Viz. Profession Tax, Shop & Establishment Registration/ Renewals. Bank reconciliation, net banking, e-Payment of statutory dues, cash flow, etc. Director�s personal accounts, rental bill/invoicing, payment follow up, etc. Lead the annual budgeting process. Monitor and report on budget variances. Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic planning. Support executive management with financial insights and strategic recommendations. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. Oversee internal and external audits. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other financial institutions. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders.
