Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accounts Executive to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain company budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing variances.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements, and stay updated on Indian financial regulations.
Payment Follow-up: Oversee payment collections and ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
Audit & Taxation: Manage internal and external audits, and assist in tax planning and filings.
Vendor & Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and contracts.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax laws
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
