27001:2013 Certified Company. Timing Technologies India has expertise in conducting recruitment drives, involving physical tests, for Army, Police and Railway organization of India. Till date, we have successfully timed more than a million participants in various races, and marathons across India.
Timing Technologies is the first Indian company to use RFID technology to time runners participating in 10K runs, Half Marathons, Marathons, Duathlons and Triathlons. We take pride in holding the privilege of timing maximum number of running, swimming, cycling, car and bike, kart, and skate races in the sub-continent.
Responsibilities :
Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
Assist in training staff members and new hires
Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Stock Keeping and Tracking for office supplies and place orders when necessary
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
