Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Talent Acquisition
Location: Gurgaon or Viman Nagar, Pune
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST
Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days working from office)
Job Type: Full-time, In-house

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a preference for those who have experience in in-house recruitment over staffing or external search firms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for various roles within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and implement best practices to attract top talent.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to Talent Acquisition SOP.
• Regularly update the ATS with accurate and timely information.
• Be flexible to pick up additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational needs, such as weekend recruitment events, firmwide events, ISO certification, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, hirist, etc.
• Prior experience with JobDiva (preferably) or other industry-leading ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
