Sr. Associate - Exp - Minimum 4 years post qulification
Jr.Associate- Exp - Minimum 2 years post qualification
Litigation - Experience in Civil especially in Comsumer Laws including RERA. Should have exposure / experience in the field of IBC and ADR.
Sr. Associate should have the experience / exposure in appeares at District Courts/High Court / Consumer Courts.
Jr.Associate - Exposure to appearnces at Consumeer Courts incliding RERA and IBC
Drafting - Should have hands on experience in drafting of Petitions/ Complaints / Applications / Reply / Counter / Rejoinder etc especially before District /High Courts/ Consumer Courts / RERA /IBC. Prepartions of briefs for Seniors
For Jr. Associate - Should be capable of independelty drafting of Legal Notices / Interim Applications / Misl Applications etc . Preparation of briefs.
For Sr. Associates : Contracts / Agreements / Due Diligence - Preferble experience in drafting / reviewing of contracts / Agreements. Preferred experience in Due Diligence / Drafting of Legal Opinions
All levels require thorough experience in Legal Reserach . Mangement of Client files , provinding updates , MIS updation etc .
