About The Position
The Sr. Associate - Higher Education and AI will support the implementation of AI-driven initiatives within the higher education sector. This role involves collaborating with educational institutions, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of innovative AI solutions to enhance teaching, learning, and research practices.
Responsibilities
• Program Support:
• Assist in planning and executing AI-based projects in higher education.
• Coordinate with academic institutions to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Research:
• Conduct research on AI applications in higher education and compile insights.
• Analyze data to assess the impact of implemented solutions.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with academic partners, educators, and technology teams to understand project needs.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops on AI tools and techniques.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, case studies, and presentations.
• Track project metrics and deliver insights on program effectiveness.
• Assist in drafting proposals and funding applications.
• Capacity Building:
• Support the creation of training materials and resources for faculty and students.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate AI best practices.
Mandatory Qualification And Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in higher education or AI-related projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AI applications and digital learning tools.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in academic collaborations or educational technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
