Hiring: Sr. Consultant – Observability | Softility
Location - Atlanta, Georgia, US
We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This senior role bridges the gap between our Center of Excellence and our clients' enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Discovery: Lead sessions to analyze client environments and business objectives.
Solution Architecture: Design tailored architectures for enterprise customers.
POC Leadership: Own technical success criteria and execution for 6-8 week POCs.
Project Delivery: Provide architectural guidance and act as a point of escalation.
Requirements:
10+ Years Experience: Including 5+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
Hands-on Expertise: Proficiency in Elastic, Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, or ServiceNow ITOM.
Cloud & DevOps: Deep knowledge of GCP (preferred), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC.
Communication: Proven ability to lead whiteboarding and complex technical demonstrations.
