Candidate should be interested to work for application support environment for BFSI/Financial Sector. Also, he must be interest in Product Delivery, rollout
Candidate should have working knowledge on Unix and Windows Server OS platform. Also required good skills on troubleshooting.
Candidate should have knowledge of networking basics like LAN/WAN/firewall/ and other network troubleshooting.
Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills to provide support to customers over phone/mails/remote access, even to international clients.
Candidate should be flexible to work as a Resident engineer in 3 shifts and must be ready to relocate anywhere in India
Candidate must be fast learner.
