Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Layout : Create visually appealing and functional web designs, including layouts, themes, typography, and graphics, ensuring they align with the company’s brand and meet user experience standards.
- User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Design : Plan and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Responsive Design : Ensure that websites are mobile-friendly and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to integrate design elements seamlessly into the final website.
- Design Updates : Maintain and update existing websites, making design improvements or adjustments when necessary.
- Troubleshooting : Address and resolve design-related issues or bugs on websites, ensuring they function smoothly across different browsers.
- Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices in the web design industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) , Sketch , Figma , etc.
- Strong understanding of HTML , CSS , and JavaScript (basic knowledge or ability to collaborate with developers on these).
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design .
- Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to design.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing previous web design work (must be provided).
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with WordPress , Shopify , or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS,Figma,Canva).
- Experience with animation or interaction design.
- Understanding of Web Accessibility standards and guidelines.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
