Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. AI-driven Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Research, evaluate, and implement new online AI marketing platforms and tools to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute AI-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Utilize AI technologies to personalize and automate marketing campaigns for improved customer engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI digital marketing to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

- Implement AI-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, and other tools to improve customer experience and drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to continuously refine marketing campaigns and improve performance.
3. Collaborative Partnership with Digital Marketing Agency:
- Collaborate closely with the company's digital marketing agency to align marketing strategies and objectives.
- Provide guidance and insights to the agency regarding the integration and utilization of AI technologies in marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the agency's performance and ensure effective utilization of AI-driven marketing tools.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with the agency to achieve marketing goals and deliver measurable results.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including AI marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Utilize AI-based data visualization tools to present data in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on AI-driven marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with online AI marketing platforms, automation tools, and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
