2) List of job expected to be performed by Team Member:
Utility core equipment's operation Skill & knowledge -
1. Hot water Generator /Chiller/Compressor/DG/cooling tower, WWTP/WTP Treatment etc... 2. Operation timing standards
3. Chemical preparation knowledge
4. Jar test
Preventive Maintenance/Break Down Maintenance/Inspections & Analysis of below equipments :- 1. All electrical DB ,PLC, Cable meggering, Switch gear components - CT/PT/Breakers 2. Transformers/HT/LT inspection/meggering/core coil cleaning
3. Part replacement like Motor, coupling & shaft
4. Coupling alignment /strainer/air filter/oil filter etc..Lub oil & air intake cooler cleaning
5. Compressor cooling tower water analysis TDS,
6. Switch yard all the components maintenance & Group operating system knowledge
7. WWTP & WTP Equipments like MBR,Vaccum generator.
3) Functional competencies required to perform this job :
1. Electrical system knowledge as per industry standard, UPS and Battery managemnet.
2. Electrical system Installation cabling, Power Distribution System, Lighting Distribution.
5. Knowledge on Fire protection system, Public Addressing system, HVAC.
6. AMC Management for outsource maintenance and OEM
7. Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance.
8. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians.
+. Budget & Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how.
10. Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards Safety/Quality/Productivity/Human Dev. 11. Utility SCADA operation & analysis knowledge.
4) Related industrial experience suitable to perform this Job : (Example: Auto / Construction / Telecom)
Automobile OEM's experience only
5) Work location & work shift :
• TKM, Bidadi, Maintenance
• 3 Shifts weekly rotation, Holiday work, Shutdown work [Long Holiday]
6) Brief reporting Structure / Number of subordinates (if any) :
Reporting to AM of the Assembly MTN Section.
About 8~10 Subordinates to lead.
