Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain company databases, prepare reports, and assist in budget management.
• Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor office expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies.
• Manage office projects and coordinate with external service providers.
• Organize office events and manage office facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and managing office staff
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in office administration and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics is a plus.
