2. Maintaining, tracking & consolidating contractual employee master data & ensuring all hiring is happening within the approved budget. "

Pre & Post joining formalities:Ensuring best practices in induction & orientation program of the new joinees as per the SOP and checklist.
"Training & Development: To comply with T&D SoP & to be accountable for entire process flow & documentation.”
"PMS: Accumulation of accurate performance appraisal inputs from the branch level within the defined time frame in close cordination with the corporate PMS Spoc.
Driving the monthly Manager's & HR scorecard ratings in the branch level & ensuring the data consolidation to complete by 10th of every month.”
"Attendance & Payroll inputs: To monitor the attendance & leave regularisation process in the branch level & submit accurate data to the corporate team as per approved deadlines in SoP.
Employee master data to remain up to date.
Biometric / HRMS log in to create on the day of joining for new employees.
Tracking attendance of offr ole employees & ensuring timely submission of monthly invoice to finance by 2+th of every month."
"Exit: Ensuring smooth exit process of the employees as per SOP
Should be responsible for handing over and its sign off.
(To be tracked through exit interview process & separated employee master tracker)"
"Administration: Ensuring smooth functioning of the office administration related to housekeeping, stationaries, security, sim cards, maintenance, courier, etc, and timely processing of bills as per the cut off date given by finance team - 28th - 30th of every month.
To keep the cost of maintenance/administration as low as possible.
Ensuring health & safety measures are being followed as per the SOP, within the branch office.
Handling sensitive employee & company information with utmost care & confidentiality."
