Job Profile: Entire gamut of HR which includes:
1. Strong experience of Performance Management System design and implementation.
2. Handling entire cycle of training from identification to validation.
3. Expert in End to End recruitment.
4. Culture building and strategies to improve it.
5. Improving Employee Satisfaction by using different tools and formulating strategies for it.
6. Close monitoring of Payroll, Security and other administrative functions.
7. Develop strategies and tools to keep the employees positively engaged.
8. Take initiative in business partnering and strict discipline.

Education: Graduate (Preferably Mech.Engr.)+ MBA
Experience: 5 to 10yrs.
