Description
Manage staff their attendance leaves absenteeism find out staff lacking areas arrange accordingly.
· Assisting to find out suitable candidate according to their requirement for various Positions i.e. Short listing and screening candidate.
· Taking follow-up from executive about interview schedule, interview arrangement and salary discussion, Offer letter, tentative DOJ of candidate.
· Ensure to conduct an employee induction providing information about benefits and working conditions & provide job profile & complete orientation to exit.
· Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
· Conduct training programs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
· Has to conduct survey to understand the training needs in the organization.
· Responsible for Employees and Doctors Attendance and Salary.
· Generating the employee’s attendance through biometric for payroll.
· Keep a real time update on EHMS functions: Attendance Regularization, Leave Update, Mis-punch Regularization, Block/release Employee ID, Preparation of Duty Roster, Shift Change etc.
· Ensure to issue Id-Card to the new-hire/re-issue to existing employees if required.
Will responsible for visiting Bhilai Branch once in a month mandatorily
