Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resource at BLR Brewing Co. The role is located in Bengaluru. The Senior Executive Human Resource will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Daily tasks will include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, handling employee grievances, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.
Qualifications
• Strong HR Management and Human Resources skills
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage HR functions effectively
• Min Experience of 1 year in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
