You’re the facade of the organization to the outer world and you will make sure you mirror the brand personality in any communication you make. You have great empathy towards the customers and will relentlessly focus on one thing throughout the process — to provide them with the best-personalized service possible. And lastly, you show great spirit in owning up to your responsibilities and hence can knock off-targets within the stipulated timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Speak to customers and understand their requirements for the trip
• Design a comfortable, personalised Leisure travel plan based on customer requirements
• Represent Rainbow Vacations while speaking to customers and suppliers, be courteous over call
• Ability to convince customers about taking the trip with Rainbow Vacations.
• Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis
• Critical thinker and problem solver
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
