Job Title: Sr Finance Associate (Indian Accounting)
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Job time: 2pm to 11 pm / Mon to Friday
Qualifications: CA Fresher, CA Intern
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Handle daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate transaction records.
• AP & AR Management: Process invoices, payments, receipts, and manage collections.
• Financial Statements: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconciliation: Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
• Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance accounting workflows.
Skills & Abilities Needed:
• Accounting Expertise: Knowledge of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations.
• AP/AR Experience: Hands-on experience managing AP/AR processes.
• Excel Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 2 PM - 11 PM shift to support global teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
