Who We Are Looking For?
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting and Finance.
5+ years of proven accounting experience, preferably in Software or IT industries.
Strong expertise in ROC, MCA, Payroll Processing, Taxes, GST, and Income Tax.
Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of LUT, International Taxation Laws, RCM, Import/Export Compliance, STPI regulations, and secretarial activities.
Prior experience handling Inward Remittance (US).
Delhi/Gurugram-based candidates only.
IT industry experience is a must.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and oversee day-to-day transactions.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with ROC, MCA, and statutory requirements.
Tax & Payroll Management: Handle tax obligations, GST filings, and monthly payroll processing via ZOHO Payroll.
Audit Assistance: Work closely with Chartered Accountants and provide necessary documents for audits.
Business Insights: Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic advice to support business decisions.
