Post: Senior HR Executive
• Department - Human Resource
• Experience - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR management or an equivalent education
• Experience – 2 to 4 Years
• Salary Scale – 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
• Excellent in record keeping.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
• Execution of recruitment cycle including Interview test
• Filling positions within an organization
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
• Design HR related policies
• Implementing PMS, Training Need Identification
• Coordination with external Faculties / Consultant & should be able to conduct training
• Event Management
• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
• Maintaining the employees’ data
• Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
• Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
