1- RECRUITMENT
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Oversee manpower planning and requisition for various campuses
ONBOARDING & INDUCTION
1. Oversee on-boarding plan and schedule for new employees
2. Facilitate induction and on-boarding process for new employees across campuses
3. Facilitate meetings and introduction to stakeholders as per induction plan for Senior Leadership roles.
4. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives at campuses
